Structuring rounds, meeting the right VCs and angels. Pitch refinement, investor targeting, and negotiation support.
Angel Investing
I write small checks into applied AI/ML and deeptech companies, though I'm interested in any company with unique, high-leverage market position regardless of vertical. I typically meet founders before their seed round, and often pre-formation.
