• Executive coaching — One-on-one coaching for founders navigating ambiguity. Strategic thinking, leadership, culture, and decision-making frameworks.
• Fundraising — Structuring rounds, pitch & message refinement, investor targeting, deal negotiation.

Investing

Zach manages the Dunthorpe Partnership, investing in public equities for friends and family. Its approach is modeled on the Buffett Partnerships.

About

Zach previously cofounded Ensemble, an AI model compression company, which was sold to Cloudflare in 2026. He holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
