• Operational advisory — Tactical advice around execution, systems, and structure for technical or first-time founders. Hiring, finance, governance, etc.
• Executive coaching — One-on-one coaching for founders navigating ambiguity. Strategic thinking, leadership, culture, and decision-making frameworks.
• Fundraising — Structuring rounds, meeting the right VCs and angels. Pitch refinement, investor targeting, and negotiation support.

Investing

Zach manages the Dunthorpe Partnership, investing in public equities for friends and family. Its approach is modeled on the Buffett Partnerships.

About

Zach previously cofounded Ensemble, an AI model compression company, which was sold in 2026. He holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
